Laurie Wessels, MBA, is a seasoned Senior Executive, Consultant, and Executive Coach with more than 40 years of success in the pharmaceutical, engineering, higher education, and executive coaching industries. Leveraging extensive experience, she designs coaching, mentoring, and training programs for an array of small and Fortune 500 companies. Laurie has held teaching positions at Northwestern University, DePaul, and Lake Forrest Graduate School of Management. She teaches and designs courses in Leadership, Project Management, Team Building, Decision Making, Coaching, and Change Management.

Martyna Kosno-Vega
Dr Martyna Kosno-Vega works as a medical science liaison at Leo Pharma, where she provides medical doctors with the latest scientific and medical data in the field of dermatology. A pharmacist by training, she completed her master's degree at the Medical University of Łódź in Poland. She also gained additional experience during her PhD in biochemistry, as a Fulbright scholar, at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas in the USA. Martyna is passionate about effective interdisciplinary science communication, outreach, lifelong learning and mentoring.
