Krystyna Pietraszkiewicz

Krystyna Pietraszkiewicz is an undergraduate student at UC Berkeley, majoring in Global Development with a specialization in European and Russian markets. She was the youngest professional volleyball player in Poland and has won two national championships, receiving individual awards for the most valuable player of the final game and the best libero in Poland. She also volunteers at UC Berkeley's Student Parent Food Donations program and serves as a Student Assistant at the University Village Office. In addition, she is actively involved with the biotech startup OM Biome Inc., where she is contributing to the development of microalgae-based therapeutics. Krysia holds the position of Vice-President in the Polish Club of Berkeley. In the club, she is mainly involved in marketing and event organizing, as well as social media management and outreach. Krysia is a vital part of the Berkeley SPP team, working on the marketing side of the event. Her hobbies include volleyball and soccer, as well as creative writing - Krysia is in the process of finishing her first dystopian book.
