WHO AM I

I am a businesswoman, skincare innovator, and a pioneer in the field of ecological luxury. With a passion for science and a deep understanding of skincare, I founded VISOANSKA in 2007, an eponymous high-end skincare brand that has gained global recognition for its cutting-edge biotechnological products and commitment to environmental stewardship. I hold degrees in music, Spanish literature, journalism, marketing, and an MBA in business; my international 20-year experience in the medical and skincare industry has shaped my expertise in advanced technologies and as a leader in innovation. My achievements have been celebrated with numerous international awards, including the Cosmetic Oscar in France and admission to the exclusive Comité Vendôme. In 2016, I was awarded with a prestigious prize of “Remarkable Pole in the World” by Teraz Polska, that inspired my mission as the ambassador of the rich Polish heritage of the cosmetic industry. I am actively engaged in nurturing future leaders as a mentor and jury member at the ESSEC business school.
